Long Beam Casings

Blacksmith’s Strap In Beaten Black Steel From £30.00

Oakmasters can supply Beam Casings to most reasonable dimensions of width, height, and length. However, if you require a Casing longer than 4.0 metres (13’), it will usually be necessary for us to construct it in two sections. We often manufacture a Hand Wrought Decorative Steel Strap in traditional blacksmith style. This not only covers the join, but also serves as an attractive feature. The price of the strap (from £30.00) is subject to quotation.

Closed End Casing

Customers sometimes wish to be able to see one or more ends. In such circumstances we carefully create end grain features as shown above. A supplementary charge is added to the price of the Casing for this item, subject to quotation.

Stop Chamfers

Stop Chamfers are a popular addition to many of our products. They can be carved to any length along the Beams and can incorporate several variations of Stop. A supplementary charge of 10% per Chamfer is added for this service, subject to a minimum of £7.50 per Chamfer.
